Our Policy & Commitment

At Ballard & Tighe, we believe accessibility is essential for helping all learners succeed. We are committed to making our products as usable and inclusive as possible.  Our goal is to comply with applicable accessibility standards included in the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (opens in a new tab) (WCAG 2.2, level AA) and web accessibility laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)(opens in a new tab), Section 508(opens in a new tab), and the European Accessibility Act(opens in a new tab).
